Presley Kauffman is honored to serve as Miss Alabama Teen All American 2025. With her title, she plans to spread awareness and fundraise for Children’s Hospitals, a cause that holds a deeply personal place in her heart. At just 10 years old, Presley was in a near-fatal car accident that left her with major internal injuries and unable to eat or drink for nearly three months. Throughout that difficult time, Children’s Hospital provided exceptional care and encouragement, leaving a lasting impact on her life. Presley now hopes to give back by supporting the very institution that supported her, sharing the message that healing is possible and that better days lie ahead. Her testimony is one she hopes will not only encourage children facing health challenges but also inspire people across Alabama.
Presley is currently a student at The University of Alabama, where she is a proud member of Phi Mu sorority, which also supports Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. She is majoring in Fashion Design with aspirations of launching her own formalwear fashion company in the future. A creative at heart, Presley has always had a passion for fashion, art, and self-expression.
On campus, she is actively involved in several organizations, including UA Miracle (supporting Children’s Hospitals), Crimson K-9 (a community for dog lovers), and the UA Wellness Society (promoting health and well-being). She also serves on her sorority’s social media committee and looks forward to expanding her campus involvement in the upcoming year.
Grateful and humbled by this opportunity, Presley views her title not only as a reflection of her hard work but also as a tribute to the unwavering support of her family, friends, and community. She is committed to using her platform to inspire, serve, and create a positive impact throughout Alabama.
